Account & billing basics
Vox Pop is free to start and stays free for the core workflow. Here is what is included and how to manage your account.
What the free tier includes
- Unlimited prompts and replies.
- The embeddable widget and oEmbed unfurls.
- SMS verification for every replier.
- A basic listener CRM and your RSS feed.
Paid plans
Creator Pro and Business tiers add AI features (transcription, summaries), advanced analytics, and team collaboration. See the Pricing page for the current breakdown.
Managing your account
You can update your profile, export your data, or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
